Our Reminder Cards
are custom-designed for your
business and then merged with your customer's data points when printed
so each card that we send out for you is "personalized" for its
intended recipient. We also mail them out with a first-class stamp so they
will come back to you if someone's address has changed since your
last contact, giving you the chance to update your records
accordingly. |

Typically, our reminder cards are printed in full color on an oversized,
heavy stock postcard so they are hard to miss in the mail. You simply upload your customer
database to us once a month (or once a week), and we do the rest. We'll
sort and filter your list to identify those clients with upcoming needs, isolate
and merge their unique data points into the reminder card template that
we custom designed for you, then print, label, and mail them out in
plenty of time to trigger that scheduled sale.

available that will allow you to begin building your own electronic
customer database
